Word Game – Typos
06/08/2009This is a very easy game – I will give you both the clue and the answer, but the clue will have a ‘typo’ in it, ie: a wrongly spelt word. Your answer should be the corrected word. Example: Sight wood: Balsa – the answer will be LIGHT as the clue should read ‘Light wood’
- Prophetic sigh = omen
- Plate of worship = church
- Matter that glows = liquid
- Sawing aid = pin
- Lord of greeting = hello
- Breakfast washer = bacon
- Broad toad = avenue
- Small insert = ant
- Bedtime leverage = cocoa
- Weeding attendant = usher
